Museum Harbour

If you haven't had enough of historic ships after your visit to the Scheepvaartmuseum, be sure to visit the Association Museumhaven Amsterdam. Here you can walk around the quay for free and admire more than 20 restored and to-be-restored historical ships dating from the early 20th century. At the information centre, you can learn more about the construction of the ships and their history. But it's not just the boats that are worth seeing: you also have a great view of the Maritime Museum, Nemo and, in the distance, Central Station. A walk along this quay is an absolute must for any lover of maritime history.
