The Posthoornkerk, also known as Onze Lieve Vrouwe Onbevlekt Ontvangen (Our Lady Immaculate Conception), is a historic church building located on Haarlemmerstraat in Amsterdam. The masterpiece by architect Pierre Cuypers dates from 1860 and was built to replace the dilapidated clandestine church De Posthoorn, located on Prinsengracht. The name of the new church was taken from the old one.

The construction of the Posthoornkerk was carried out in two phases. Between 1860 and 1863, the choir, transept, crossing tower and nave were erected. Later, from 1887 to 1889, the church was completed with an imposing twin-tower façade. The location of the church made it necessary to raise the building considerably in height.

In 1963, the Posthoornkerk was decommissioned as a place of worship. Although it was granted the status of a national monument in 1972, there were plans to demolish the building until 1987. In 1986, the Posthoornkerk Foundation took charge of the historic building. Since then, the church has been given a new purpose and is used for exhibitions, concerts and other events. Stadsherstel Amsterdam NV later also took charge of the building, similar to the Vondelkerk designed by Cuypers. Today, the Posthoornkerk houses various businesses and is available for hire for various events.
