Daily life behind the Berlin Wall by Lukas Brandt

Frequently asked questions

Is it free?+

Yes, ROODS is free. We think it is important to keep it that way and make culture and heritage accessible to everyone.

Do I need to download anything?+

No, you can use ROODS directly in your browser. If you want, you can also download the app.

Do I need an audioguide device?+

No. There is no handset to rent, no deposit, and nothing to hand back. Our audio tours play on the phone you already have.

How do you make sure your content is top notch?+

We work with local experts, creators and cultural partners, and carefully select and review everything we publish.

Can I suggest stories, routes or locations?+

Yes, we would love that. Send your ideas to info@roods.io.

I found a mistake or want to suggest an improvement+

Please let us know via info@roods.io. We are always looking to improve.
